Ross Boss Sauce was started by Ross Frederick, a native Louisianan from Breaux Bridge - a small town outside Lafayette. Ross grew up eating and cooking cajun food, and as a young adult he moved to Dallas Texas, where he was exposed to different regional cuisines and flavors.
